Placing Orders

Standard Production Times

Production time is listed on each product’s page and available on all catalog quantities. Seasonal fluctuations and size of order might affect production times. Production time begins the day after receipt of the complete order or after final proof approval.

Options that will incur additional lead time:

Production-ready Order

Orders are considered production ready when we have received the following information: artwork, ad copy layout, typestyle and size, item numbers and description, color of imprint and color of item, quantity, shipping method, ship address, ship date, approval of proof (if proof is requested), approval of credit or cash with order, and special instructions.

Early Pricing

To qualify for early pricing the order must be production ready by July 1, 2017.To determine if early pricing is available see individual product pricing.

Catalog Price Increases

Every effort was made to identify and project material costs from our suppliers for final catalog pricing. Applicable increases are included in our current pricing. However, due to the volatility of crude oil prices and the associated impact on raw material costs, we reserve the right to change catalog prices if necessary, at any time, without notice. If this is required, every attempt will be made to announce the changes ahead of time. We understand and regret the inconvenience this may cause you and your customers.

Invoices

Invoices will be sent after orders are produced, regardless of when shipped.

Samples

Samples are available on all products upon request. Please provide your shipping account information along with your sample request. Please specify calendar year of sample on purchase order. Diary samples may be 2017 product, not 2018 product.

Cancellations

No cancellations without approval. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.You will be charged $31.25(G), plus all costs incurred before cancellation request is received at the factory.

Return Policy

Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge or credited when the customer completes the following steps. Returned merchandise must have a return authorization number, which must be obtained from the Claims and Resolution department. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Any complain must be registered within 30 days of shipment.

Quantity

Less than Minimum

There is a $50.00(G) charge for a less than minimum order.This applies to each ad copy below the standard catalog minimum. Absolute minimum is half of the first column quantity unless noted on the product page. Less than minimum is not available on all products.

Overruns & Underruns

4% is understood to be acceptable per trade custom.

Ad Copy/Artwork

Repeat Orders

(Applies to ad copy only) Provide last year’s order number with a copy of last year’s ad and note any changes. Ad copy is kept electronically at the factory for one year. Unless repeat orders reference last year’s order number, they will be processed as a new order and the ad reset.

Typestyle & Ad Layout

We will use our professional judgement on typestyle and ad composition unless a particular layout and/or typestyle are specified. If you request “as close as possible to type shown,” we will match or select a similar typestyle. Requests for exact type may need to be treated as artwork.

Foil Imprint Information Typestyle & Size:

This information applies to foil stamped products only.
Minimum Size: 9 point
Standard typestyles:

Do not use bold or script fonts.

Logos:

Minimum type size: 9 point
Multiple logos can be used.
Logos can have up to 4 colors, but the colors cannot touch (1/32" allowance required).
Note: logo/type that is very bold, condensed, fine detailed, close registration, or screened is not suitable for this process.

Supplied artwork

Hard Copy: Physical artwork will be electronically reproduced. Send sharp, high-contrast, color-separated or black-and-white artwork that needs no touch up.This artwork will be discarded unless a return request is noted on the PO. Do not send the following types of material as Hard Copy Artwork: film, faxes, business cards, photocopies, wearables, magnets, printed materials such as yellow pages, stationary, magazine pages or Web-based artwork.

Emailed: Within 24 hours of sending the order, email artwork. Please include purchase order number. When sending multiple files such as fonts, logos and layout, we recommend that the files be compressed as .zip or .sitx. Artwork can also be transferred directly to us via an art transfer system. Both email and web site are limited to 10 MB attachment size. Please contact customer service for information. Visit bicgraphic.com.

Disks & Drives: We accept a variety of disk formats. If you need more information, please contact the factory.

  • QuarkXpress®
  • Freehand® MX – saved as EPS
  • CorelDRAW® - exported as EPS with fonts converted to curves and embedded images included.
  • Press Quality PDF – PDF/X compliant PDFs are acceptable. PDFs must be created at the correct size. We cannot alter your PDF. Contact factory for more detailed instruction if needed.
  • Photos – saved as TIFF format, CMYK, scanned at 300 ppi at actual size. We prefer photos supplied in CMYK color. If you are working with CMYK images, please contact your sales rep for our press color profile to achieve the best quality color reproduction. We can also accept RGB image but, please note that they will be converted to our CMYK color profiles.
  • Line Art – should be created in a vector art program such as Illustrator® or CorelDRAW®. If this is not possible, submit bitmaps scanned at a minimum of 800 ppi.
  • Any variations outside the specified file formats will incur additional charges.

Non-Standard/non-Optional Imprint Color Matching

Product/Color Variance

Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches within orders or on repeat orders.

Personalization

This option will add 1 day to the standard production time.

Personalization is available if noted in the index. All names must be supplied electronically and received at the factory no later than September 15th to guarantee preholiday delivery. Faxed copies are not acceptable. Orders will not be produced until complete list is received. To qualify for early pricing, we must receive lists by July 1.

Please submit your list of names using an Excel® spreadsheet, formatted like the example below.

We will not proofread list of names and will not be responsible for errors. Supply names exactly as you want them to appear on the calendars in the correct format. If you choose Small Caps or Brush Script, your list or file must be supplied in upper/lower case. If not specified, the standard typestyle will be used.

If the order quantity exceeds the personalized quantity, please specify what we are to do with the balance. Additional charges may apply.

We will not add, delete, or change names on lists already produced.

Standard Personalized Typestyle

If you would like to use a specific font, please contact the factory to determine if the style you are ordering offers this option.

Planner Personalized Typestyle

14-point or 18-point typestyle is available. Please specify size. Sizes cannot be mixed. If size is not specified, we will use our best judgment.

Planner Personalized copy location

Standard Copy Location: lower right corner of the front cover. Copy may be one or two lines.Two-line requests will be flush left or flush right, please specify. Restrictions on the number of characters may apply. Call factory for more information.

Individual Mailing of Personalized calendars

Please supply personalized names and addresses in the same document. Excel® or delimited text files are preferred.

Mailing

This option will add 1 day to the standard production time. Due to ongoing US Postal regulations with the “Move Update Program,” we cannot process individual mail orders more than 45 days prior to your requested ship date.

Special Note: Styles 6251, 6252, 6254, 6256, and 6405 utilize 27-1/2” tubes.These cannot be mailed using a bulk rate and require first-class mailing. Call factory for current mailing costs.

Super Saver Service

We will generate mailing labels from your customer-supplied Excel® spreadsheet, attach labels to packages, and mail. Spreadsheet format requirements are detailed at the bottom of page 217. $0.25(G) each for non-personalized calendars $0.35(G) each for personalized calendars Plus postage costs at current rates

Regular Mail Service

If an Excel® spreadsheet is not available, we will generate an electronic mailing list from the customer supplied hard copy (printed hard copy list or mailing labels). $0.35(G) each for non-personalized calendars. $0.45(G) each for personalized calendars. Plus postage costs at current rates.

Bulk Permit

No charge. All customer-supplied addresses are processed through current USPS address-matching software for the most efficient mailing of your product. We follow US Postal regulations, and shipments must meet all postal requirements. Required minimum: 200 pieces or 50 lbs. Call factory for details.

Imprinting Envelopes

This option will add 1 day to the standard production time. $16.00(G) set-up (5 lines) plus $0.06(G) each running for one-color (black) imprinting. For other colors, see Optional Imprint Colors.

Shipping

Unless an order specifically lists one of the storage dates offered, we reserve the right to ship as early as our production permits.

Drop Shipments

Shipments to multiple locations and/or attention lines per style/item all occurring at the same time will not incur a drop ship fee for the first 20 locations. Each location after 20 will incur $8.00(Z) - domestic locations (including Canada) and $16.00(Z) – international locations.

Carrier Delays

We cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

Storage Release Dates

Third Party and Freight Collect

All third-party shipments ship EXW Factory. Add $10(z) per order when electing not to ship on BIC Graphic's shipper account. Insurance must be handled by the consignee. If any selected third-party freight collect fee gets charged back to BIC Graphic, these charges will be billed separately to your third-party account. BIC Graphic shall also invoice you for a third-party chargeback fee in the amount of $10.00. If BIC Graphic is unable to re-bill these amounts to your third-party account, BIC Graphic will invoice you for the third-party freight collect fee at the applicable published rates, along with a $10.00 third-party chargeback fee and any and all fees and costs associated therewith.

International Shipping

For shipments outside the United States (including Puerto Rico), declared values will be catalog pricing unless otherwise requested. For international shipments (excluding Canada), the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and miscellaneous charges related to the shipment.

For orders destined to Canada, prepaid shipments will be shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). If an international or Canadian order is shipped via a third party, these fees will be charged to the third party account.

For shipments with a declared value greater than $2,500 destined to a country other than Canada, a shipper’s export declaration (or Electronic Export Information) will need to be submitted to customs. All shipments that qualify for this requirement will have an additional $20 handling fee added to the shipping cost for both third-party and prepaid shipments.

The factory is not responsible for delays in customs, ocean freight shipment delays, or air freight shipment delays beyond our immediate control.

Additional Freight Information

Shipments are sent prepaid and billed to the distributor unless your order requests otherwise. Freight charges are added to customer invoice at published rates.

Charges from carriers for invalid addresses, change in transit, return due to refusal, or invalid account number will be billed as applicable.

Orders requesting customer pick up that are not picked up within 72 hours of first call will incur storage charges.

Title to and risk of loss of the goods will be transferred to the customer at the time of pickup by the carrier, at which time our responsibility will cease. Although we can assist you, freight claims for third-party shipments should be filed with the carrier.

Miscellaneous

All sizes given in this catalog are approximations. For the convenience of our customers, actual dimensions have been rounded. All prices are in U.S. funds,

Re-Run Policy:

We will re-run your order at no charge if your client has a change of company name or address that affects the advertising copy and if order quantity meets catalog quantity.The new copy must be received in our office before July 1, 2017. Due to constant changes in area codes, we cannot extend this policy to phone number changes. E-mail changes are also not covered under this policy.

Right to Refuse:

We may refuse to produce an order when all artwork has been received and it is determined that the subject matter contained therein does not meet acceptable standards.

Customer shall have a limited, royalty-free non-sublicensable license to view any draft/proposal versions of a custom calendar provided by BIC Graphic solely for the purpose of approving the product. Upon BIC Graphic’s receipt of payment in full, Customer shall also have a perpetual, royalty-free license to display and redistribute the final tangible version of the product delivered by BIC Graphic. However, unless otherwise agreed by BIC Graphic in writing, no such product, whether in final form or draft/proposal form, may be reproduced, modified, adapted, published, printed or used for a derivative work by Customer or any other party. BIC Graphic offers FREE 24-Hour Service on many items. Please see the inside back cover of this catalog for complete details.

Production-Ready Artwork

We accept high-quality laser prints, or digital art on CDs or by e-mail. For fastest service and best imprint quality, we recommend providing artwork via e-mail. Artwork should not need any additional touch-up, design, color separation or rearranging for use. Halftones, screens and shades of gray are not available on screen-printed imprints.

The use of licensed artwork requires proof of license or a written release from owner/licensor. Artwork when submitted is assumed to be in full compliance with laws governing copyrights, trademarks, etc. We are not responsible for typographical errors incorporated in submitted artwork. Factory reserves the right to make slight alterations in copy and logos to adapt to imprinting processes.

Please Note: BIC Graphic reserves the right not to print any logo or message that is deemed inappropriate.
QR Codes: BIC Graphic is not responsible for the quality, accuracy or usefulness of QR code operations or content. A pre-production proof is recommended to test the functionality of the code.

Electronic Artwork

Artwork will be accepted digitally from the following programs:

  • Adobe Illustrator® (PC or Mac)—with preferred format saved as PDF
  • Photoshop® bitmap images (B&W) should to be at least 1200 DPI to size for product being ordered. Color images should be in CMYK color space at least 300 DPI to size for product being ordered
  • InDesign® include all linked files needed for output. Also include a PDF file saved for press quality output
  • CorelDraw® save output as an .ai file with Convert Type to Curves selected. Also include a file output as a PDF for reference
  • For personalization (select items), submit list of names with the following file extensions: Excel®: .xls or Comma Delimited Text: .csv
  • Submit a copy of the art layout with the order. Note: there is a 1/16" variance on all BIC® Sticky Note™ items when cutting the final product.
  • Fonts should be outlined
  • E-mail Artwork: Artwork should be submitted within 24 hours of sending the order. Please include ONLY the purchase order number in the subject line of the e-mail. Multiple files should be compressed in either .zip or .sit format. File size limitation when sent via e-mail is 10MB. Artwork can also be transferred directly to us via our website or FTP.

Vector Art

We recommend using vector art because it produces the highest quality artwork. It is "resolution-independent," which means it can be enlarged without affecting the quality of your imprint. Please be sure to outline all fonts when submitting vector artwork to avoid the fonts defaulting.

Transparencies

To avoid a color shift, please flatten all transparencies or submit artwork in the exact CMYK breakdown desired. We recommend 10% opacity for phantoms for ease of writing.

Raster Art (Placed/Continuous Tone Images)

Raster Art is "resolution-dependent." When you change the size of an imprint, you change the quality. This means that the resolution (DPI) of your file is critical. Files must be at least 300 DPI at 100% of final size. Grayscale images and bitmaps must be 1200 DPI. Do not submit files with linked images. Please embed all graphics. Raster Artwork will be accepted in Photoshop® format (black-and-white .tiff, .pict, .jpeg files scanned or created at 1200 DPI [high resolution] and at approximately the actual size of the imprint area).

Hard-Copy Artwork

If electronic art is not available, please provide sharp, high-contrast, color-separated or black-and-white artwork. Artwork will be returned upon request or it will be discarded.

Typesetting

We can add text to your imprint at no additional charge. Choose from our stock typestyles shown below and send a TYPEWRITTEN version of the text, specifying typeface, point size and case (see example to the right). When typestyles are not specified, our typesetters will set your copy for the best effect. Your copy must be at least the minimum point size required for each product.

When you choose script fonts, they are only legible when set in upper/.lower case. Due to variances in product surfaces, some logos and geometric shapes may distort when printing on curved products.

Color Matching

We will match your imprint color to product trim color when requested. Simply request "match trim" as your imprint color. Color matching is not available. If a color is listed we will attempt to match as close as possible. EXACT COLOR MATCH CANNOT BE GUARANTEED ON 4-COLOR PROCESS OR BRITEPIX® ITEMS. For most products, stock imprint colors have been developed to match the product or complement it. Please refer to the General Information pages for each product line for additional information related to color matching.

Non-Standard Imprint Color Matching

The charge for non-standard imprint color matching is $39.30(g). Please specify the non-standard color number. We will match to coated (C) Stock (example: 203 C). If sending a color swatch, we will match it as closely as possible. For all Magnets, Mouse Pads and BIC® Digital Color Graphics Writing Instruments, we will match to the uncoated stock color only. Exact color match is not available on 4-color process, colorfill or foil stamped products. Please call your distributor for more information.

Embroidery

When choosing Embroidery as your imprint method, please indicate your desired Madeira Polyneon thread number or approximate color number. We will select thread colors as closely as possible; however, exact thread color matching is not guaranteed.

Product Color Variance

Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches within orders or on repeat orders. Like-named colors in different materials may not be an exact color match. In our continuing effort to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

Registration of Multicolor Designs

In multicolored designs where it becomes necessary to register one color next to another, there is the possibility of misregistration amounting from approximately 1/64"-1/16", depending on the size and shape of the item being imprinted. This tolerance meets industry standards and is considered acceptable.

Exact Quantity Order Charge

BIC Graphic reserves the right to bill and ship up to 5% over-runs and under-runs. If exact quantity is required, the purchase order must state "Exact Quantity." There is a $40.94(g) charge for exact quantity requests, except for Writing Instruments, Awards and Atchison® products, for which this is free of charge.

Less Than Minimum Charge

All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed in the catalog. Less than minimum imprinted orders will be accepted with a $65.50(g) additional charge and an absolute minimum of half the catalog minimum quantity. Some exclusions apply including all BIC® branded products. Contact distributor for more information.

Exact Reorders

We will keep your artwork for 24 months. When you reorder, please include the original invoice number or purchase order number along with complete order information (product, ink colors, size, etc.). Standard production time applies. All order elements, including the imprint colors, must be exactly the same as the original order.

Special Packaging

If you have special packaging needs such as shrink-wrapping, special inserts or shipping combinations of BIC Graphic products in the same box, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Keep in mind, some special packaging requests may require additional time and an additional charge.

Blank Merchandise

Blank merchandise is available at EQP with the exception of bags, Leatherman® products, select chairs, headwear and golf products where pricing is listed on website. No set-up charges apply. Catalog quantities only. The absolute minimum is half the catalog minimum quantity.* Orders received by 8:00pm EST will ship the following day. Exceptions include Factory Direct items and kits. Not available on BIC® branded items, Mossy Oak®, bubba® and some other products. Contact distributor for more information.

Exception: *Incremental carton quantities only for bags, chairs and headwear.

All blank merchandise is for adult use only. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to imprint inks and other decorating methods.

Shipping Information

Freight Terms

Applicable shipping and handling charges are added to the customer's invoice. Please check our website for product specific shipping information. Title to and risk of loss of the goods will be transferred to the customer at the time of pickup by the carrier, at which time our responsibility will cease. BIC Graphic cannot assume responsibility for time delays in transit.

Standard Shipping

  1. Catalog quantity orders will ship via our preferred carrier, ground service, unless another service is specified on your purchase order. Over catalog quantity and sample orders ship via Best Available Carrier.
  2. Lighters will ship standard ground service where accepted and will include a hazardous materials handling fee. Hazardous materials charges are $28.50(z) per package for contiguous US ground shipments and $40(z) per package for air shipments. For AK, HI and PR, dangerous goods are $40(z) per package for Air/Expedited. Dangerous goods shipping via Air to Canada will be charged $58.50(z) per package. We require that all disposable lighters ship on BIC Graphic's account. Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods Fees are subject to change without notice. For ground shipments, BIC Graphic follows the guidelines set forth by the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) who regulates hazmat transportation within the territory of the US by Title 49 parts 171–180 of the Code of Federal Regulations. For air transport, BIC Graphic follows the guidelines set forth by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) who produces the Dangerous Goods Regulations for air transit and defines inaccessible and accessible dangerous goods. Ground and Air Parcel service rates are subject to change without notice.
  3. Due to fluctuations in fuel prices, if surcharges or accessorial charges are incurred, these will be added to the existing Shipping and Handling charge.
  4. BIC Graphic reserves the right to change carrier and service level without notice.
  5. All orders over 60 boxes will ship via best available carrier. This is to ensure the delivery integrity of our customers' orders.
  6. BIC Graphic will not be responsible for lost or damaged products or for the tracking of products shipped by U.S. Mail.
  7. C.O.D. shipments not available.

Changes to Shipping Addresses/Shipping Methods

To be guaranteed, any changes to shipping address or shipping method must be submitted in writing 24 hours prior to the scheduled ship date and before the order has been processed for shipment.

Third-Party and Freight Collect

All third-party shipments ship EXW Factory. Add $13.10(z) per order when electing not to ship on BIC Graphic's shipper account. Insurance must be handled by the consignee. If any selected third-party freight collect fee gets charged back to BIC Graphic, these charges will be billed separately to your third-party account. BIC Graphic shall also invoice you for a third-party chargeback fee in the amount of $13.10(z). If BIC Graphic is unable to re-bill these amounts to your third-party account, BIC Graphic will invoice you for the third-party freight collect fee at the applicable published rates, along with a$13.10(z) third-party chargeback fee and any and all fees and costs associated therewith.

Freight Claims

Title passes from the factory upon consignment of merchandise to the carrier.

Drop Shipments

Shipments to multiple locations, all occurring at the same time, are free of charge up to 20 drop ship locations. Each location after 20 will incur a $8.00(z) charge per location. Shipping and handling charges apply. Catalog minimum quantity is required per address. A drop ship list must be provided on an Excel® spreadsheet with separate columns for the distributor company name, purchase order number, Ship To name, address 1, address 2, city, state, zip and quantity per drop. Drop ship addresses must be received prior to the start of production of the order for packaging accuracy.

International Shipping

For shipments outside the United States (including Puerto Rico), the declared value will be catalog pricing unless otherwise requested. For international shipments, the consignee is responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees and miscellaneous charges related to the shipment. For shipments with a declared value of $2,500 or more, a Shipper's Export Declaration (or Electronic Export Information) will need to be submitted to customs.

BIC Graphic is not responsible for delays in customs, ocean freight shipment delays or air freight shipment delays beyond our immediate control.

BIC Graphic products are designed to meet the laws and standards of the markets in which they are offered for sale by BIC Graphic. Customers wishing to ship products outside of those markets, whether shipped by BIC Graphic or the Customer, assume the risk that the product or its ingredients may not meet the laws of the country of import.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting a purchase order, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the terms and conditions in a Customer's purchase order, these Terms & Conditions shall control.

Pricing

All pricing in this catalog is effective on orders received from January 1 through December 31, 2017, for shipment on or before January 31, 2018.

Catalog Price Increases

As we finalized pricing for 2017, every effort was made to identify and project material cost increases from our suppliers. Where necessary, these increases are included in our current pricing. However, due to the volatility of crude oil prices and associated impact on raw material costs, we reserve the right to change catalog prices at any time without notice if necessary. If this is required, we will do everything we can to announce the changes ahead of time. We understand and regret the inconvenience this may cause you and your customers.

Order Acceptance

All orders are binding upon BIC Graphic only after acceptance by BIC Graphic.

Changes

Prices, terms and conditions, items and colors are subject to change or can be discontinued without notice.

Cancellations

Changes will delay orders and must be authorized by BIC Graphic. Changes to or cancellation of orders prior to production will be invoiced at a $40.94(g) minimum charge per change, plus all cost incurred before cancellation request is received at the factory. After production has been initiated, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Production time begins upon receipt of the complete order or after proof approval.

Authorized Returns

Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge or credited when the customer completes the following steps. Returned merchandise must have a return authorization number, which must be obtained from the Claims and Resolution Department. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Any complaint must be registered within 30 days of shipment or 180 days for BIC® branded products. Un-imprinted products will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Artwork Return

Customer artwork, if available, will be returned if requested on the order. Include company name and purchase order number on all artwork. Examples of items that cannot be returned include letterhead, photocopies or labels. Artwork will be held on a computer file for 24 months. Repeat orders submitted after that time will require new artwork. Art services provided by BIC Graphic are created in a digital format which cannot be returned.

They do not imply endorsement, nor are any items with these specific logos for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owner of such designs. Customer shall have a limited, royalty-free non-sublicensable license to view any draft/proposal versions of a custom die shape provided by BIC Graphic solely for the purpose of approving the product. Upon BIC Graphic's receipt of payment in full, Customer shall also have a perpetual, royalty-free license to display and redistribute the final tangible version of the product delivered by BIC Graphic. However, unless otherwise agreed by BIC Graphic in writing, no such product, whether in final form or draft/proposal form, may be reproduced, modified, adapted, published, printed or used for a derivative work by Customer or any other party. All other rights are expressly reserved by BIC Graphic.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT COPYING OR PRINTING, OR CAUSING A THIRD PARTY TO COPY OR PRINT, ANY CUSTOM DIE SHAPE WITHOUT BIC GRAPHIC'S PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT MAY CONSTITUTE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

Authorization Indemnification

BIC Graphic assumes no responsibility for determining the proper ownership or proper use of trademarks, logos and trade names. All liabilities of this nature rest with the Customer. By placing an order with BIC Graphic, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. identified in your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BIC Graphic, its parent, subsidiaries and its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.

Product Performance Policy

All products adhere to all applicable quality and safety standards and are produced in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. BIC Graphic will honor its return policy for any product that it determines does not meet its standards for quality and workmanship. All of BIC Graphic's imprint inks have been tested and found to comply with Prop 65 and CPSIA. All of BIC Graphic's Child Products have been tested and found to comply with Prop 65 and CPSIA. Nearly all of BIC Graphic's product SKUs are Prop 65 compliant meaning they do not require a Prop 65 label when shipping to California (excluding lead crystal products and a select few awards). Please contact BIC Graphic if you need a list of these SKUs. BIC Graphic will add a Prop 65 label to these SKUs free of charge if they have a Ship To address in California.

CPSIA

BIC Graphic products are designed, intended and offered for sale as promotional products for corporate and business uses for advertising and promotional purposes. As such, they are "general use" products. Certain products in this catalog may have a note stating that the product is CPSIA-compliant.
